Today (and most days this summer) we woke up early to a clear stunning sunrise, got on our bikes and crossed the road from the Fairway to the bike path that runs from Pambula Beach to Merimbula. We decided to turn left to Pambula Beach and after an easy 10 minute ride we had arrived. Sparkling water, waves big enough for surfing, paddle boarding and a refreshing swim to start the day. After our swim we rode around the corner to the cafe-restaurant Aqua for coffee and breakfast, and within an hour we were back at the Fairway ready to start our work day.

This is how those of us lucky enough to live here all summer long arrange our lives so we can enjoy the things we love about the Sapphire Coast - the outdoors, beachside coffee spots, bike paths and our pristine sapphire waters.
